Occupancy & Guests
All guests must be registered on the reservation.
A maximum of six (6) people are allowed on the property at any time.
Unregistered or unauthorized guests are not permitted without prior approval.
If more than six guests are present at any time, a $2,500 event charge will be applied to the card on file.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
Smoking & Substances
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Smoking inside the unit is strictly PROHIBITED.
The use of illegal substances, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the property.
If cigarette or marijuana odor is detected inside the unit after checkout, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
These policies are strictly enforced. The primary guest is responsible for the conduct of all guests.
Identification Requirement
Photo identification is required for all guests 18 years of age or older.
Photo ID must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to check-in in order to receive door access instructions.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM โ 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
No parties or events are permitted.
Pets
Pets are allowed with approval. One (1) small dog under 20 lbs is permitted per stay.
A $75 pet fee applies.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages or excessive cleaning.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and, if approved, a $50 fee applies.
Trash & Basic Checkout
Please place trash in the designated bins and start the dishwasher before departure.
Care of the Property
Please treat the home and furnishings with care.
Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning may be charged to the card on file.
Outdoor Use & Grilling
Grilling is permitted by approval only.
Access & Security
All doors are operated by electronic access codes. Do not share access codes with anyone outside your registered group.
Commercial Use
No photo or video shoots, productions, or business events without express written approval from the owner.
Packages & Deliveries
Package deliveries are allowed; however, we do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Maintenance & Property Access
Maintenance is available if needed. The owner or maintenance staff may access exterior or common areas and, when necessary, the unit to address urgent maintenance or safety issues.
Safety & Compliance
Do not tamper with safety devices, locks, cameras, or Wi-Fi equipment.
Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay.
